DISCIPLESHIP. COMMUNITY. SIMPLICITY.

Jesus commanded His disciples in Matthew 28:18-20 to, “go into all the world and make disciples.” It is the Great Commission in synopsis. Over the past 2000 years we have evangelized, churched, and structured the Great Commission, but only in pockets has discipleship thrived within church planting movements. This was not true for Jesus or the early church. Discipleship was at the core of the church. 

 

This website has a two-fold purpose. It is to encourage, train, and resource believers in the area of discipleship, and to help refocus us as the church in the simplicity of what the early church looked like through the lens of the Bible. God has called us to disciple nations in order that we may see the Great Commission fulfilled and the bride of Christ made ready for His return. We would love for you to browse and utilize this website, connect with us, and join us on this journey of Keeping It Simple!

 

WHAT KEEPS US UP AT NIGHT

Most churches operate on the 20/80 Principle. Twenty percent of the people do eighty percent of the work. Having been a church planter and leader, at leadership conference, they say this is the best you can expect! We believe the discipleship model of simple church can look different, and therefore reflects in our Four Core Values:

 

  1. Every person in intimate relationship with Jesus Christ.

  2. Every person living in healthy and active community.

  3. Every person aware of the needs of the world around them, seeking to make a difference.

  4. Every church planting new churches.
